Teachers and faculty work hard to ensure Marian is the close-knit community that it is today. Some kindness in return was the Morale Committee’s plan to keep these undercover heroes in high spirits, and a couple months ago, the drops in the bucket affirmations began. Teachers now have the opportunity to write each other appreciative notes on droplet-like papers to put in buckets in the teacher workroom. 

“Life gets really hard sometimes. You never know when someone needs that little boost of confidence or energy or show of love,” theology teacher Sara Greisch said.
