Block D Mandarin students (and a few from study hall) joined Mandarin teacher Mrs. WenLi Rapkin in the cafe to make chicken and pork dumplings on Jan. 20, 2023. Chinese New Year begins this weekend. Students enjoyed learning about the process and taste-testing their creations!
