3 Sports Action: Vava Shea ‘27 is at the Marian tennis courts at tennis practice with her team in the spring of 2025. She was serving the ball to her partner as the hit the ball back and forth.

4 News: Parents and students at the Momentum Show Choir banquet on April 14th. During the event people from the group were able to talk and reminisce about the seasons highlights.

Academic Moment: During physics class with Dr. Sharon Genoways, Helen Christen ‘26 is doing her class work. She is solving complex problems with ease and focus.

Marian Core Value: Bridget Finnegan ‘26, Isa Valencia ‘26, Clare Engel ‘26, and Aubrey Mattox ‘26 are smiling for a photo in front of the Marian logo. After the Momentum Show Choir banquet the four wanted to take a picture to remember the special moment.

Junior Clare Engel is cheering for Marian at the Marian vs. Omaha North varsity basketball game on Feb. 26. She was raising her sign she made for Junior Paige Miller to cheer her on throughout the game.

Ethics Statement: When taking photos, how I take them is heavily influenced by my surroundings and subjects. As I take photos of people I make sure to let them know I am photographing them whether the shot is posed or candid. Sometimes while taking photos I slightly alter reality mainly in the background to make sure the shot is good, but nothing that changes the main point of the image. Overall, when taking photos some parts of it are altered and edited, but as long as major point of the photo is not changed it is ethical.
