All you can eat cake!
A promise that seems too good to be true, but becomes reality at the Bubbly Tart Bakery. Every few weeks, the local bakery hosts an all you can eat cake event, where for a few hours, customers are allowed to eat as much cake as possible, starting with 6 slices.

The Bubbly Tart, located on 30th and Leavenworth, has been open since 2019, has a wide variety of desserts available, with their specialty being macarons and custom cakes.
I’ve had their sweets before, and I found them quite delicious. I’d had their cookies, muffins and even a few of their specialty macarons.
I’ll be honest, I walked into the store expecting some tiny slices of cake—maybe some unpopular flavors— but instead, I was met with a lovely surprise. The first thing I noticed was the bright colors on the plates around me, bright blues, soft greens, and decadent chocolates in the frosting.
The 6 pieces weren’t puny either. They were full-size, full flavor slices. Each person could select 6 different flavors from the 9 options, which included various unique combinations, such as Oreo matcha and chocolate cherry pistachio. The frosting on the cakes was a variety of types, with a majority being either American buttercream or cream cheese based.
Of the flavors, there was a trend of fruity flavors paired with classic cakes. Each of the slices struck the delicate balance of sweetness where the cake feels like a real treat, but nothing is overwhelming.
Except for the sheer amount of cake you’re given.
Of the people at my table, none of us could finish more than three slices worth of cake (although we did sample all the flavors). The richness of the cakes makes it difficult to truly find out the maximum amount of cake you can eat, but for $30, six slices of cake that you can take home isn’t a bad deal. Especially when their full size cakes cost $40 or more.
The best of the slices I tried were the Oreo matcha and the coffee hazelnut. These flavors in particular were the perfect blend of earthy flavor and sweet chocolate.
The Bubbly Tart does not disappoint with its “All you can eat” cake event, with delectable treats and a delightfully fun event to go to with friends and family.
