Ethics Statement:
I have only recently begun to take my own photography seriously. Since beginning the journalism class at Marian, I have begun to understand the impact photography can have, just as much or more, than a piece of writing. I understand that as the photographer I control the way I portray my subjects through my photos and that the setting in my camera can change the scene entirely. I strive to capture moments exactly as they are in the moment. I want to portray unaltered moments, whether they be sad, frustrating, beautiful, or ugly. Every moment deserves to be seen and understood and I believe that I am capable of helping them along.
