Mootz and pizza both have 5 letters in it, which is funny because Mootz appeals to all the five senses. From the crispy crust to the saucy center, Mootz pizza has it all. This brick oven pizza joint in Countryside Village is worth your dough.

With a long list of pies, customers are sure to find the right slice. When I go to Mootz, I get the pizza split in four different flavors, Buffalo Chicken (don’t forget the ranch), Pesto Chicken, Margherita, and Chicken Alfredo. My order is protein packed but oh so delicious.

The soda fountain is sure to impress; pop tastes different when it’s accompanied by pizza. I opt for the Strawberry Fanta to cleanse my palette after the explosion of flavor.

Mootz is on the pricier side, but the goodness is so worth your money. For a $20 pie, you can get four different flavors in one. The myriad of tastes that Mootz offers is unlike any other pizza shop in town. The pizza making process is not as quick, but the restaurant has a calming atmosphere, and in the warm weather they open their sliding floor-to-ceiling windows to let the fresh air come in.

Located right off 90th and Pacific St. in Countryside Village, facing Christ the King, this restaurant is convenient for many. It is a local business but is a treasure in the Westside community. Customers can get a slice of pizza for $4.50 or a 12 inch pie for $17.50. Although the price is not as convenient as its location, the satisfaction is worth your money.

Mootz also serves delicious desserts, including tiramisu, cannolis, cookies, and many more.  They also have food trucks, and they make takeout orders. It is open 7 days a week and on Friday and Saturdays, they’re open till 9. Mootz also caters to food allergies with gluten free pizza crusts and different cheese options. This restaurant could be a new dinner staple in anyone’s home.
