On Feb. 17, Marian Dance and Cheer teams will travel to Grand Island to compete in the annual State Dance and Cheer Championship. Dance Team will take one team consisting of 16 girls, competing in the Class A Pom division. Cheer will be taking a team of 25 competing in the Class A Gameday division and 10 girls in the Class A Tumbling Division.
The dance team will be performing 10:33 a.m. and the cheer team will be performing gameday at 12:17 p.m. and tumbling at 3:42 p.m.
Come and support the girls at the Heartland Event Center, located at 700 E Stolley Park Road in Grand Island, Nebraska. Entrance to the event costs $8 for adults, $6 for students and free for children age 5 and under.
