Kona Grill, located at 295 N 170th Street in Omaha, never disappoints. Over winter break, I visited the restaurant three times. Obviously, Kona Grill is hard to beat. With its Village Pointe Shopping Center location, the front parking is limited, but there are plenty of parking options on the back side. No matter where you park, the walk is short.
Every time I went to Kona the wait was five minutes or less. I always went on a Friday night and they still sat us quickly. My party of five was taken to a table as soon as possible. Minutes later our waitress or waiter would come and take our drink order. Throughout the night our waiter was present and attentive to our table and our drinks were always full. We never had to ask for a refill.
The wait for our food was also short. I ordered sushi to start off one night. After we ordered, it was not long before our sushi came out. About 10 minutes later our food arrived at the table. I ordered the salmon with fried rice and Brussel sprouts for $23. One thing about Kona is that the bill can be high. Some of their items are pricey.

Kona Grill has happy hour every day from 2 to 7 p.m. and from 9 to 11 p.m.. They are open every day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., except on Sundays they close at 10 p.m. I would suggest Kona for lunch or dinner. Their serving sizes are good and you get your money’s worth.
Overall, Kona was a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone. Their service is fast and everyone is polite and respectful. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable. Kona Grill never fails to provide an amazing meal.
