Opening in November 2019, the Inner Rail Food Hall in Aksarben Village is the first of its kind in Omaha. It is located in the heart of Aksarben Village on 67th Street. It is a food hall with nine vendors, a large central bar and ample indoor and outdoor entertainment space, making it the perfect place to spend time with your family and friends. The various vendors provide customers with a variety of food choices, ranging from a $3 coffee to a $10 entree.  You pay separately at each vendor.

Those vendors include ACTQ Alta Calidad Taqueria, The Backstretch, Bánh Mì Shop, Briggs Bean, B Squared Burger, Ela’s Creamery, Kathmandu Momo Station, Maharani Indian Kitchen, Noli’s Pizzeria and Sofra Creperie.

There is a cozy indoor space with a lot of seating, which is great for the winter,  along with an outdoor space with seating and fireplaces for warmer weather. There is also a bar open in the center of the hall. You do not have to worry about missing out because of its consumer-friendly hours.

I have been to the Inner Rail a few times and have had an enjoyable experience every time. Each time I tried something new but my favorite was a burger and sweet potato tots from B Squared Burger. I would also highly recommend the momos and ramen from Kathmandu Momo Station. There are so many amazing mix-ins and flavors to choose from that allow you to customize your order. You will not regret checking this vendor out.

The workers are very friendly and greet everyone with a warm smile. With its central location, it is extremely easy to get to and parking is a breeze with a parking garage directly behind the food hall. With all of this in mind, I would give the food hall a five out of five rating. If you’re ever looking for somewhere to eat but don’t know exactly what you’re craving, head to the Inner Rail Food Hall where you’ll be sure to satisfy your needs.

During COVID-19 social distancing, the Food Hall and the Backstretch Bar are temporarily closed. Select delivery and pickup options are running from 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays and then on weekends from noon to 8 p.m.   Visit https://www.innerrailfoodhall.com/deliverypickup for more details.
