Josie Hood turns 15 today, April 2, 2020.

“For me, my birthday never feels like my birthday, so it wasn’t that different except for not being able to see any of my friends, which was sad. But I woke up this morning, and my parents had decorated our whole house with posters and happy birthday signs. Then they told me to go look outside, and at the door, there was a box of donuts and cards from my friends. After that I walked out to see the driveway and their creation. It was a super cool way to start my birthday.”

The sign on the curb encouraged drivers to honk all throughout the day, too!
