Academic Moment

Shea and Clay: Lily Shea ‘23 in Pottery Block E works on her edged dish. As a senior, she is finishing her year with a fun and creative class to take a break from regular classes.

Marian Spirit

Colorful Cove: The freshmen lockers are decorated at the beginning of every year by their big sisters to show a sense of community and welcome them to Marian. The big sisters put a lot of time and effort into putting together a poster with topics that the freshmen like as indicated by a form put together with all of their favorite things.

Emotional Response

We All Scream for Surprise Day: The freshman class after Surprise Day was announced and explained in the gym on Feb. 27. A wide variety of activities: a blow up obstacle course, laser tag, a 360° Photo Booth, hamster ball races, face painting, and a hypnotist were available for the girls to participate in.

Ethics Statement: As a photographer, it is my goal to capture the essence of a moment, untouched and not influenced. I will immerse myself in my environment to capture these moments in their truest form. I believe that every moment is special and to inflict my influence on them changes the intention and ruins the raw integrity of that moment.
