TIMBER! This dazzling restaurant has recently fallen into my sights, as it should for you.

The Wood Fire Bistro, located on 8702 Pacific Street, has an array of handcrafted food guaranteed to get you coming back for more. With a generous menu offering dishes like pizza, sandwiches and burgers, every meal is designed to make a lasting impact. Because they source their ingredients locally, combined with their unique wood fire oven, the meals are fresh with wonderful flavor.

The restaurant ambience is charming, with a lingering smell of smoked firewood in the air. The location is perfect for any nice dining experience: family diners, special occasions, or date night. If you like that cozy lodge feel, this is the perfect place for you!

The most recent encounter I had with their food was during Sunday brunch with my family. The service was excellent, although our food took quite a bit to come out, but it was well worth the wait, because my Croque (ham, cheese, and egg sandwich) was to die for.

Although it can be busy on lunch or dinner hours, Timber accepts reservations, hosts parties, and (if you want to bring the restaurant to you,) provides catering.

If you are interested in checking them out, their hours are as follows: weekdays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and weekends from 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Prices are reasonable for the fine dining experience you will have, ranging from $15 to $30 depending on the dish. If you stop by, I guarantee you’ll fall in love with Timber.
