The Happiest Place On Earth.
Walt Disney World has it all: Thrilling rides and attractions, themed areas, delicious foods and snacks, character meet and greets and many other aspects that create family fun and long lasting memories. Whether it is your first trip or your fifth, stepping into the park feels like walking into a dream.

”I think it’s a magical place,” junior Jovie Keenan said with a smile. “I went to Disney in first grade, and my grandparents surprised us with the trip.”
Like most kids, Keenan had dreamed of going for many years, “I remember being really excited because as a kid everyone went to Disney, and I didn’t go.” Even though it has been years since her vacation, she still finds herself “on Disney TikTok, like ‘what I eat in a day at Disney’ and the food looks so good.”
For junior Gracie Andresen, Disney has also been a family adventure filled with unforgettable moments. She has been to both Disneyland in California and Disney World in Florida. She remembers going on “The Tower of Terror, and I was so scared, I almost got sick after.” Disney trips have also had many laughs for Andresen. “I made my brother go on a roller coaster with me—he was sobbing the whole time.”
Both Keenan and Andresen can agree that Disney brings them warm memories from their childhood. For many students, Disney can also represent a shared experience. Even if you have never been, most people can at least say they have seen a Disney movie. Almost everyone has grown up with a piece of Disney in their lives.
Disney may change over time with new rides and technology, but the feeling of wonder and happiness will forever be the same. For high schoolers looking back, that spark of magic still lingers.
