Chili’s locations are convenient for many people- 144th and W Center and in La Vista at S 84th and Giles. They are open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.

The staff greeted me with a smile and helped my two friends and me right into a cozy booth. We had just taken pictures, so our outfits were nicer, but it was clear the dress code was not strict. There was no outdoor seating, but the indoor seating was plentiful and clean.

Even during the Saturday night rush, we were quickly asked for our drink orders, which arrived only a few moments later. I ordered a root beer; it was rich with sweet flavor and was not watered down one bit.

My main course was a house favorite at Chili’s- the triple dipper. You choose three of eight entrees, including big mouth bites (sliders), boneless or bone-in wings, and fried mozzarella. The wings had choices for all spice tolerances, from garlic parmesan to Nashville hot. The triple dipper also included three sauces, such as ranch and marinara.

I ordered buffalo boneless wings, fried mozzarella, and chicken crispers (chicken strips) with two sides of ranch and one of marinara. My order came out within 15 minutes, piping hot. The portions were excellent and the presentation made my mouth water. The tangy buffalo wings were perfect with ranch, the chicken was tender and warm, and the mozzarella was crispy with an immaculate cheese pull.

At $17, the triple dipper is a solid option for those wanting variety without breaking the bank. It’s a great choice for anyone craving comfort food at an affordable price.

Chili’s is a versatile, welcoming restaurant with something for everyone. You don’t want to miss their quick service and tasty food, so put it on your list of places to try- you won’t regret it!
