If you’re in the mood for some delicious Chinese food and you’re in Omaha, Jade Garden is definitely worth checking out. Located at 2068 N 117th Avenue, this cozy spot offers a wide range of tasty dishes, and whether you’re eating in or getting takeout, you’ll leave satisfied.

I visited Jade Garden for dinner, and my experience was quite pleasant. First off, the restaurant was spotless. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining experience. The restaurant wasn’t too busy when I went, so the service was quick. Our waitress was really friendly and sweet, making us feel welcome right away.

I tried the orange chicken with fried rice and crab rangoons, and I was really impressed. The orange chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. The sauce was sweet with just the right amount of spice, and it had just the right balance of orange flavoring without being overpowering. The fried rice was a great side as a perfect complement to the chicken. The crab rangoons were my personal favorite-crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. They were a great appetizer to start the meal. I took my leftovers home, and when I heated them up the next day, it was just as delicious and tasted just as fresh as when I first had it.

Jade Garden has a pretty extensive menu. If you’re gluten-free, you’ll be happy to know that they offer gluten-free options. They also have a kids’ menu, which is great for children. Prices are reasonable, with most meals falling in the $10-$15 range, making it a budget-friendly choice for families or a casual dinner out.

The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, with operating hours from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sundays. Jade Garden also offers takeout, which seems to be really popular with locals. The dress code is casual, so it’s a great spot for a laid-back meal or even a casual date night.

Jade Garden is a family-owned restaurant, opened since 1991. The restaurant is decorated with paintings and art that represents the Chinese culture. While it holds a 3.5-star rating on Yelp, my experience was great, and I would definitely return.

Overall, Jade Garden is a fantastic choice for anyone craving good Chinese food in Omaha. Whether you’re dining in or picking up, the combination of great food, fast service and a clean, relaxed atmosphere makes it a standout spot in the area.
